The very next day after Viva la Diva I photographed CHEFAID for MANNA. It is their most fabulous and fun event. This year it returned to the Rittenhouse Hotel which has a very intimate and beautiful ballroom. Again I had the awesome pleasure to work with Eddie Bruce’s Orchestra and Brian Kappra from Evantine. They outdid the night before. I loved the flowers, table settings and those wonderful wire vases in various shapes. OMG, heavenly!!!
I also love this event because I get to go back in the kitchen and hang out with the chefs while they are preparing all the courses. It is amazing to watch the assembly line. Especially in this kitchen that was the size of a shoebox with all the chefs and waitstaff. I also get to eat a ton of food and dance half the night. This year, they raised over $120,000!!! awesome!!
