Kristina and Todd – Rittenhouse Hotel Wedding part 1 of 3

Kristina and Todd had a gorgeous day and an amazing wedding. Kristina thought of everything! She also worked with some of my favorite vendors. There was so much love, happiness and respect at this wedding. Every time I looked over at Todd and Kristina; the love and respect for each other radiated from them. I think part of that was the stunning examples both of their parents set. Mr. and Mrs. Geonotti have been married a long time but they are still madly in love. Walking around their house, I saw little quotes that reminded them of the love and life they share. The way they gazed at each other, the way her dad talked about her mom. I just saw a shining example of true love. Todd’s parents were the same way. Every time I saw them, they were making each other laugh. They were having fun with each other all night. I could really see all the positive traits that Kristina and Todd have, came from their parents.

As I have mentioned before, the toasts are a time to really get to know the couple. More and more, I see that the toasts are why a wedding film is so important to have. Hearing the things that your family and friends say about you and how they feel about you and how your relationship has changed the other person, is worth every penny. I know for us, we have our wedding vows hanging up in our bedroom and when I turn on or off the light, I see them. Even if we are pissed at each other, I have to look at them when I turn off the light  it just melts away the tension. So take a look at your wedding photos, listen to the toasts and remind yourself how much that other person really means to you.

Without further ado….Part One..Getting Ready and Ceremony…you’ll have to check back tomorrow for details and the party

Kristina got all of her girls the same dress in different colors for getting ready….now that is a gorgeous group of girls

Kristina’s hair and make-up were flawless. This was the first time working with Daneene Jansen for make-up and I will definitely be recommending her again. All the girls looked amazing. I also really loved Kristina’s hair and it help up all night long. Hair by Jessieann Smith and Colleen /Susan Matthew Salon

Kristina’s grandmother could not come to the wedding so we stopped by the hospital for a quick hello.
