The first look is one of my most favorite parts of the day. I love first looks because it really is a moment between the couple without anyone else watching (except me). It is your moment to truly connect, let out the breath you did not realize you were holding and enjoy talking with each other. If you wait until you are walking down that aisle to see each other, you have to share that moment with everyone. It is never quite as intimate or freeing and you spend the whole time shaking and wondering what the other person is thinking. You have to wait until after the ceremony to get emotional and really say “Hi!” Even if you do a first look; the first time you walk down that aisle will still have lots of magic and anticipation just without all the stress.
