In honor of their one-year anniversary, I wanted to share an image of this endearing Eskimo kiss that Leigh and Joe share during their wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry.
A common misconception about wedding photography is that it’s predominantly comprised of family formals and posed shots of the day. And while there’s no escaping the obligatory family portrait, that’s not to say that the rest of your album imagery can’t reflect the love, the personality, and the fun that embodies your wedding. Even during their portrait sessions, I always encourage my couples to step away from the formality, and take the time to relax, connect, and simply bask in the warmth of that day. Once they’ve discovered their own quiet “love bubble”, there is no shortage of opportunities for me to capture sweet, authentic moments like this one.
Again, a very happy anniversary to this terrific couple!
