Please submit your names, birthdates, email, phone number, wedding date, wedding location, and photograph of yourselves along with your love story and how New York plays a role in your love affair. We want to know things like how you met, what you love about your partner, what things you like to do together, when you first knew he/she was the one, some of your favorite things like food, music, fashion, sports etc, how New York plays a role in your love affair, some of your fave places in New York and why, the proposal and how you plan on making your wedding unique.

Winner announced March 4, 2011

• Contest begins 10:00AM E.S.T. on February 15, 2011 and runs thru 11:59PM E.S.T. on February 28, 2011
• Open to engaged couples only, over 21 years of age
• Current clients are not eligible
• Photo session must take place between April and July of 2011
• Photo session will take place in New York City within a 1/2 mile radius of manhattan
• Not transferable
• If any part of the couple’s story is found to be untrue, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel or transfer the prize to a runner-up
• Between March 1, 2011 and March 3, 2011 the individual members of Sponsor, in their sole and absolute discretion, will review and judge all eligible Submissions to the Contest. The couple who is chosen as the winner will be notified on or about March 3, 2011 by telephone and/or e-mail. All decisions by Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and all Submissions, are final and binding in all respects. Notification shall be deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending an e-mail or placing a phone call. If winning couple does not respond within 2 days of notification, then a runner up will be awarded.
• The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of Florida and Rhode Island). The officers, directors, members and employees of Sponsor, or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, and their immediate families (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouses), and persons residing in the same household with such individuals are not eligible. Each couple submitting an entry (collectively, the “Entrant”) must be engaged to be married as of the date of entry and must remain engaged. Sponsor may conduct a background check on any Entrant. If an Entrant has committed or commits any act or becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which brings, or may bring, the Entrant into public disrepute, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, or that may reflect unfavorably upon Sponsor, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the Entrant. This Contest is void where restricted or prohibited, including Florida, Rhode Island and in any other states where registration of this Contest and/or bonding requirements are required.
• All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, and travel expenses, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• All Submissions and accompanying materials shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any copyrighted material in any Submission shall remain the property of the Entrant; however, entry into this Contest constitutes Entrant’s irrevocable and perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation or attribution, to sponsor, any member of Sponsor, and/or others authorized by Sponsor, to use, reproduce, print, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, perform, adapt, enhance, or display any and all materials, including all photographs taken of the winners during the engagement session, which are part of such Submission for any purpose, including, but not limited to, editorial, advertising, trade, commercial, and publicity purposes by Sponsor, and/or others authorized by the Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world, for the duration or the copyright in the Submission. Sponsor, and/or others authorized by Sponsor, shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify the materials in any Submission. Sponsor, and/or others authorized by Sponsor, shall have the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, no-cost license and right to use and otherwise exploit any materials submitted as part of the Contest, including all photographs taken of the winners during the engagement session.

 Sponsor obtains a non-exclusive license to use any and all materials submitted as part of the contest in connection with the contest.
 Except as provided herein, all disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration.

Without limitation, such contract includes grants of rights and indemnities to sponsor from you and mandatory arbitration of disputes and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
